He is focused on helping energy businesses identify how customer understanding and analytics can drive positive change and value. James is a specialist in consumer data, customer insight, data analytics, and their application to, business intelligence, proposition development, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Delta-ee James was Lead Consultant at Experian, the global data and marketing analytics company, where he led analytics and customer insight consulting.
Domenic Armano, Vice President, Customer Success, FirstFuel Software - Domenic is responsible for FirstFuel’s’ Customer Success team. Prior to FirstFuel, Domenic was Director, Strategy & Innovation at Johnson Controls where he was responsible for the evaluation of new technologies. Before that, Domenic was a Regional Engineering Manager responsible for developing over $300MM in energy efficiency and renewable projects. He is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Indran Ratnathicam, Vice President, Marketing & Strategy, FirstFuel Software - Indy is responsible for product direction, corporate strategy, and content development. He has worked closely with FirstFuel’s 30+ utility and government clients since the company’s founding in 2010. Prior to joining FirstFuel, he was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, where he drove efforts to launch and grow businesses in energy, software, security and semiconductors with several Fortune 100 clients. Indy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
