I am a Senior Market Developer at Energinet.dk. I am currently actively involved in several projects on a Danish an European level – all with the purpose to rethink and develop our market design to fit the future challenges with more than 50% renewable energy in our energy system. My focus is – and has been at the retail market, focusing on creating more competition and innovation on the retail market and activating the end-consumers to use energy more intelligent. Among several interesting projects, that has included development of new market regulations, hourly settlement model for all Danish consumers, development and implementation of a Datahub and a supplier centric model. At the moment I am participating in USEF defining the aggregator role on a European level – which by the way is also on the Utility week agenda.
