Nigel initially trained as an Architect, designing a variety of buildings in the UK and developing skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD). These led in 1985 to recruitment into IBM and a career change to Information Technology. An increasingly international range of marketing and consultancy roles followed in both IBM and then Logica (now CGI), all working within the energy and utilities sectors. Nigel’s most recent full-time role was as CGI’s Vice President for global Utilities, since when he has chaired, and still serves on the Board of a west London educational Trust as well as being a Non- Executive Director of Engerati Limited and Chairman of the Fitzwygram Foundation. Nigel is also a Volunteer Steward at the Brooklands Museum in Surrey.
