Jacob Van Zonneveld explains why utilities are interested in the PlugSurfing model - because they are reaching electric vehicle (EV) drivers. PlugSurfing has created an application that connects EV charging stations with EV owners to allow drivers to take their vehicles further in their own countries and across Europe.
